You agree not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website or ticketing system.
6. Event Rules
Event rules, including safety, age restrictions, and prohibited items, will be posted prior to each event. Violation of these rules may result in removal without refund.
7. Disclaimers
Events are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, venue closures, or circumstances beyond our control. If an event is canceled, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Culture Shock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Arizona courts.
