Events are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, venue closures, or circumstances beyond our control. If an event is canceled, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Arizona.
